You can easily place your order directly on our website by adding your favorite products to the cart and completing a secure checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you may modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may still be processed but one-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Will I get an order confirmation?

if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.

 Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Yes, you may request an exchange if the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect resellable condition

In such cases:

Customer will ship or bear one-side courier charges

The other-side shipping will be covered by MyneeMoe

You may exchange with any available product of equal or higher value

 Do you offer refunds?

We offer exchanges instead of refunds on delivered orders.

What is the exchange request timeline?

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How long does the replacement process take?

As soon as we receive the returned product,
