Must Haves
I ordered this bag in brown, but unfortunately, the quality turned out to be extremely poor. Within just 5 days of use, the bag started tearing apart.
I contacted the seller multiple times for a return or replacement and made several calls and sent messages, but despite repeated follow-ups, no proper solution was provided.
I am extremely disappointed with the product quality as well as the customer service. This has been a very bad experience, and I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone.
I will not be ordering anything from this site again.
